| Comment | I am a 71 year old lifelong fresh and saltwater fisherman and I'm also a strong proponent for air quality pollution control. However I feel the proposed restrictions are unrealistic for those and their families who rely on the use of wood our fiberglass boat hulls to earn a living. |
