Board members I send you my greetings and my request to be heard
regarding new regulations to make the sport fishing industry to
follow new regulations to make the business more expensive and more
difficult to go fishing or to go whale watching, I request you to
not  apply these new regulations. I would like to keep the
regulations as they are now,, we do not need to bankrupt the
fishing industry. We need to have these industries to be available
for the general public. To force  new regulations on the industry 
will make the fees to go higher, and eventually  the industry will 
  go away, the experience to go on board these ships will be gone,
children will not be able to experience a wonderful
