Dear sirs,

I have reviewed the proposed legislation and I urge you to vote no
on this bill. While reducing pollution is an admirable goal, one
must be careful not to kill an industry.  "Party Boats" provide
ocean access to anglers that don't own a boat who buy fishing
licenses, purchase bait & tackle and contribute to other coastal
businesses like restaurants and hotels. The scale of the change
required by this bill will, by the committee's own admission, take
many boats out of commission. Operators will not be able to replace
these boats without drastically raising their prices which are
already almost prohibitive effectively killing the business

The small amount of pollution from these boats does not warrant the
large expense that this legislation will require. Please vote NO on
this bill.
