As a fisherman, both on the ocean and on fresh waters of the United
States, I find it disconcerting that the California Air Resources
Control Board is planning on passing engine emission regulations
that will cripple the fishing industry for California residents.

Besides eliminating a sport enjoyed by the young, old, and
California residents between the young and the old, the Air
Resources Board is forcing a regulation that will cripple this
industry and basically eliminate sport fishing for the citizens.

Forcing mandates by regulations is a crime against the citizens and
the private entities that provide this necessary sport of fishing.

I can't support a dictator type of regulation that impacts current
fisherman and future young fisherman as well as the folks that
provide the medium of fishing vessels for sportsman of all ages,
present and the future.

Withdraw the regulation.
