| Comment | Hello, I am writing to urge you not to pass these proposed new regulations that would raise the cost of sport fishing and whale watching. Sport fishing should be something that all people can enjoy and aside from hurting the businesses of tourist companies and fishermen, these regulations will make it harder for ordinary Californians to enjoy the ocean. We already have so many regulations. If they have not been effective, then how will more help? Thank you for considering my comment on these new regulations. |
