| Comment | I am writing to you as a very concerned boater/fishing enthusiast. I am opposed to the proposed changes that will ultimately destroy the sport fishing industry. The changes are extremely costly to the boat owners and we the people that enjoy them. I do not see a major change or benefit to these changes, other than to drive business out of business.
