| Comment | My name is Craig Hanson, I run Argo Sportfishing in S.F., as currently proposed, the new CARB regs would put me and most other charter boat out of business. It makes no sense to change regs when there is not even technology available to do the new regs for boat is proposing. The preposterous thought that we can just get new boats and charge more to pay for those boats is make-believe. Do not let this happen.
