No pun intended, this proposal represents a drop in the bucket
against air pollution. While effectively shuts down an industry and
putting many, many hard working people out of work, it shuts access
to the sea for ordinary folks and fish resource protection through
licensing and active protections provided by the industry and
sports people. Don't destroy something the helps the environment
and offers significant joy to anyone going out for a day on the
water.
