To whom It May concern, please put a stop to this demand to get new
engines you will put the sport fishing business out of business,
most of the boats that I fish with have updated engines and they
simply cannot afford or run with the new engine requirements that
are absolutely ridiculous. Let alone the captain's will not be able
to afford to run trips, they already have to run limited loads
because of covid protocol this will further destroy their ability
to earn a living. Let us catch our own fish please, thank you
