| Comment | California is once again attempting to put many small business people out of business with their authoritative pen. Please reconsider this proposal as it is not just, economically feasible or even necessary. The sport fishing/watching industry will be devastated by your actions if you approve this. Please consider other options that may be less drastic and phase them in over longer periods to alleviate some of the strain at the very least. |
