| Comment | Hello, I am reaching out to you because I am avid surfer and fisherman here in Southern California. I am all about having a clean ocean and clean air however I do not support this measure. These charter boat owners need more time to update their boats. This will run them out of business and or make it impossible for guys like myself to even go fishing because of the cost passes down to us, it is already a pretty expensive proposition to go fishing this will put it way out of reach for anybody who is not wealthy. I believe there has to be a better way to work this out. Thanks, Danny O:) |
