I 've been ocean fishing since my dad took me when I was a kid 50
years ago. If you take this away it would be a travesty for many
many people, Not just the anglers but the boat owners. Most boat
owners can't afford these emission changes and if they can afford
it they'll have to raise the prices and the average angler will no
longer afford to enjoy the awesome ocean we have. This will destroy
the fishing industry and many people will lose there job! I'm all
in for saving the plant and our oceans, but this has to be a slow
process so it doesn't hurt many business's, employees and anglers
who have a passion for this sport. I ask you please! do not take
this away.
