| Comment | I am asking to keep the existing boats to stay on the ocean. It would be a monumental financial burden to have boat owners to replace or upgrade their current situation. If the vast majority of people are not able to upgrade their boats, recreation on the ocean will just go away. Thank you for your consideration. Brendan |
