I'm writing to protest the proposed ban on Diesel engines on
California Sportfishing boats. This regulations are unsure and
would only succeed in destroying an industry, jobs, recreation. The
economic ripple effect would effect hotels, restaurants, fishing
tackle manufacturing  and sales just to name a few effected
business. While California wants to destroy jobs and  recreation
with it's INSANE regulations , China, India continues to build coal
plants non-stop!!! Air pollution knows NO Borders!  Your
regulations won't effect air pollution. , so-called global warming
a fraction of 1%. It will only hurt  Californians and tourists who
visit California to salt water fish and whale watch.
