| Comment | As an avid sport fisherman, I strongly oppose requiring the CA sport fishing fleet to scrap their boats and purchase costly replacements. The impact of the emissions of the existing sport fishing fleet on the global climate can not even be measured. The cost of replacement boats and the cost of recreational sportfishing will become burdensome and oppressive. I urge opposition to this ill conceived idea. |
