CARB needs to refocus its power not on a VERY SMALL part of the
potential polluters, but on polluters that actually make a
difference. There was a bill before California legislature that
would have allowed the clean up of dead trees, branches and leaves
around the base of power lines. For the first time in California
history, it was passed UNANIMOUSLY by both houses, the the governor
vetoed it. Easily predictably, California had the worst fires in
its history. WHOLE TOWNS were burned to the ground.

How about instead of being the laughing stock of the nation because
of the stupid, non-sensical actions California carries out, try to
become the leading edge again. The time spent on this bill could be
much better spent elsewhere. The fishing boats are out on the open
ocean, or did you not know that? How about at least trying to solve
the homeless problem, how about actually doing common sense
legislation to help stem the spread of COVID. 

I know it is a big ask, but at least try. What used to be the most
desired state to live in is now the laughing stock...
