| Comment | Please reconsider this legislation as it puts undue stress on an already struggling industry. The financial burden of replacing equipment is huge. California already has the strictest regulations for emissions and the everyday person is not responsible for the amount of carbon that has caused climate change. Thank you, Max Escamilla |
