All anglers are concerned about the environment but do not punish
us by making us implement a new system that has not been fully
developed.  The cost of offshore fishing has skyrocketed over the
last ten years and it's becoming less and less affordable.  Fishing
is the most inclusive sport of any sport.  Every race, creed,
gender, age group and socio-economic group participates in the
sport with a passion.  We should be making this sport MORE
accessible not less so.  Save this 14 Billion Dollar industry and
promote equity, equality and inclusion by allowing more, not less,
folks to fish.
