I live in the San Francisco Bay Area and introduced my grandson to
riding sport fishing boats 2 years ago. I have consistently gone on
many sport fishing boat, both out of San Francisco Bay and Half
Moon Bay. I know that many of these boats were built in the 1950's
and are still well maintained and continue to offer sport fishing
to fisherman such as myself at a reasonable rate. Many of these
boats have been handed down and have been running multiple decades
by the same found family.  I would love to carry on this tradition
with my family patronizing these boats but if they need to be
replaced they will price us out of this family sport fishing
tradition and will kill this industry completely. I'm all for
better emissions but not at the expense of family businesses.
