Dear CARB board:

My name is Yassi and I am a resident of the Inland Empire who
believes in clean air and climate justice. For too long harbor
craft technology has been hurting communities by emitting harsh
pollutant from gas and diesel technology. CA is the largest economy
in the country and can do better to help our pollution. A strong
zero emissions harbor craft rule can save lives. Please pass the
rule.
