| Comment | I must strongly object to the proposed regulations. I am looking at "Groupon" right now and a child between ages 3-12 can go on a 2 hour whale watching or dolphin cruise for less than $10. If these regulations were to go into effect and the price would increase by a factor of 3 or 4, this would adversely effect communities of color and would not be inclusive. Please don't enact these regulations. Thank you for allowing me to comment publicly on this matter. |
