Many families would be devastated if this passes .many of us have
worked the charter boat industry our whole lifetime & passed this
way of life down to the next generation . We can not afford to
spend hundreds of thousands of dollars , or more to keep are way of
life afloat.also most people can not afford to pay 4 or 5 hundred
dollars to go fishing .seems to me this is just another way of
getting the people off the water. Just in calif charterboats &
related businesses generate billions of dollars. This would
devastate all of these businesses. PLEASE think twice about this
one & let us live.
