Amendment for sportfishing craft.
To whom it may concern,  this hobbie of mine,sportfishing, has
saved me from all the drama in my personal life. This activity is
great for all with every trip out of the harbor is always a
different adventure. I was a troubled youth, and the adults that 
that industry taught me well. Not only to deal with groups of
people, but keep our environment clean. I have seen captains change
course just to pick yo a Mylar balloon. 
Please dont take this way from young people that are stuck in the
inner city and others that need to clear ones head.  A reality
check when one realizes hie small one is in that vast , beautiful
ocean.
