You are going to put me and many other charter boats out of
business. 
Where are the facts to back up that one charter boat puts out more
emissions then 160 city buses? That is observed.
What you are asking for simply can not be done. There are no tier 4
motors available for our vessels.
I have worked my whole life trying to have a future to live out my
life. It is to late for me to go in dept for hundreds of thousand
of dollars and to live long enough to pay that off.
You will put me out of business and deprive thousands of people the
chance to experience of enjoying our magnificent ocean.
Please stop this.
