I love to fish. In fact, it is my only hobby.  I have fished the
Southern California coast for as long as I can remember.  Although
I have a good job, and make a good living, I cannot afford to
purchase my own boat. The party boats are the only way I can afford
to get out on the water. However, even now it is not cheap. A
single overnight trip out of San Diego currently sets me back $500
if you include the price of the ticket, food, fish cleaning, tip,
and gas from the High Desert.  Should these regulations go into
effect, the boats that can even survive will raise their prices.
This will likely price me out of a life-long hobby. 

Please do not enact the legislation as it is proposed. It will kill
an entire industry.
