| Comment | Please don't scrap the charter boats in California. They provide a great affordable opportunity to get people out on the ocean. I feel the minimal impact of the engine exhaust is far out weighed by the experience people get by venturing out to sea. The passengers get to see firsthand how special our marine environment is and why they should help protect the ocean and all its life. |
