| Comment | You read the subject. We have the voice. This is a part of the recreational industry that shall stay afloat. The thousands of vehicles in California that drive on our roads every day without the need for smog checks should be of much greater concern to air quality than the 15 to 50 vessels per day venturing out to sea (away from sensitive coastal habits mind you), most for only 3/4s of the year before winter season arrives. LEAVE THEM ALONE. |
