| Comment | Hello Carb, My name is Brandon and I love to fish. I, unfortunately, can't afford a boat of my own as the costs are very high. Instead, I fish on the sport boats here in southern California. I hope you can reconsider the proposed changes as I fear it will put sportfishing offshore out of reach for me. Please reconsider these changes and please consider another alternative so anglers like me and many others can continue to utilize the sportfishing fleet. |
