If the ability for sport fishing boats to operate is taken away due
to the bill that is up for voting a huge injustice will be dealt to
my soon to be 8 years old son.  My son has many hardships he has to
encounter due to a difficult relationship with his unfit mother and
her side of the family. My son has been subject to horrible
encounters with his moms side of the family which has severely
impacted him. The one thing that has helped my son through dealing
with the trauma he has experienced is getting out fishing on the
weekends on fishing sport boats. He is in his element on the boats
and has a true passion for fishing which has led him to wanting to
become a marine biologist and help preserve marine life and the
marine environment. Fishing on the boats is his escaped, his way to
have a break and no think about all the troubles he has dealing
with the trauma he has experienced. If this is taken away from him
I don't know what can facilitate its place. I hope this and the
many other lives that can be negatively impacted by denying sport
boats the ability to operate is taken into consideration so a more
sensible and reasonable resolution can be made that will not deny
my son the one thing that is keeping him a float amongst all the
trauma and fall out from that trauma he has been experiencing.
