Honorable members of the Board,

Please consider the heavy financial impacts, and ripple effects
this will have on the fishing community and the thousands of people
that depend on this industry for their livelihoods.

If this proposed regulation goes into effect as written, this will
literally decimate the industry in the near future. I understand
the boards mission, but that must be balanced against many other
factors.  California is a leader in clean air and water
initiatives, but they must not come at the expense of an entire
Industry that contributes so much to the states economy.
