I very much share the concerns of air quality in our state, it is
indeed an important issue for me. I also treasure whale watching
with multiple companies in Orange County where I live. Whale
watching has been an important activity in my life as it is not
financially realistic for me to own my own boat. However this
allows me to not only view these beautiful creatures, but also
connect with the sea. I really would prefer to see an exemption for
such crafts or some consideration for people like us.
