| Comment | why is the requirement only for wood and fiberglass boats only. An engine is an engine and if one engine requires it "ALL" engines should require it, from boats to pickup trucks to Big rigs to trains and or anything that burns diesel fuel, INCLUDING cargo ships and cruise liners! Its not right to put an entire business sector out of service. People wont be able to pay double or triple fees to go fishing or whale watching. You cant by all good conscience let this go through. |
