As a Native Californian, I am a avid Sportsman that loves the
Outdoors.  Fishing is a Passion for many of us, and we are actively
engaged with Sportsfishing in California.  From San Diego to Los
Angeles, every Sportsfishing boat in the Pacific Ocean has been
working constantly to earn a living.  Their occupation is dependent
on their resources to get to and from the Docks and each trip is a
possible Adventure.   

These vessels are the lifeline of the Southern california
Sportfishing industry.  Their Families depend on their Success to
continue to prosper in the USA.  This New regulation is not ready
for prime time and needs to be revamped to help the Sportfishing
Industry migrate to the new CARB Standards of the Future without
bankrupting the Industry.  Government assisted programs to help
them source new compliant resources might be the solution, but it 
will take an coordinated effort from the state government and the
Industry to come together to make this happen.  Compromise is
better than Conflict and Confrontation.  Let's work together to
make this happen.
