| Comment | I'm a fisherman that is concerned about the proposed change in the smog regulations that the state is wanting to put on fishing and whale watching boat's, if these changes are implemented then many boats will have to go out of business and the remaining boats would have to double their prices which would make it impossible for most people to afford to go out and see whales, dolphins,and for people to take their children out and teach them to fish ! Please consider an alternative plan to make this a win win for all concerned. James Brown |
