| Comment | Hello, The idea of making our sport fishing owners/ captains get new equipment is absolutely absurd. DO NOT put this sort of pressure on these guys, their families, and especially the sport fishing community, which affects me! This sounds like communism. Rather, focus your energy on cleaning up the forests in CA, where millions of tons on carbon, due to mega fires, have been released into our clean air affecting not just us, but the whole planet!
