| Comment | The proposed regulations to sportfishing and whale watching boats are economically unfeasible and have not been tested as safe on passenger harbor crafts nor to the best of my understanding are not allowed under Coast Guard regulations. As boats are removed from service, access to the sea will be limited and sportfishing will become too costly IF available at all. I do not support this proposed unreasonable regulation(s). |
