These regulations treat sportfishing boats unfairly and will sink
businesses and coastal economies dependent on outdoor tourism. the
fishing industry has has suffered incredible economic hardship
during the COVID-19. as a local fisherman this will raise cost ,
kill jobs, make people loose there way of living and destroy the
local sportfishing industry and will only allow the rich people of
this world that can afford these outrages requirements. not only
are the require absurd the timeline doesn't even allow the boast to
be phased out or allow the proper time for repairs. the cost will
be to much..  you will be killing our local economy.  as a local
fisherman im reaching out in anger that this state doesn't even has
the citizen best interest
