| Comment | I urge CARB to vote NO on regulations that rely on technology that is economically unfeasible and has not been tested as safe on passenger harbor crafts. As boats are removed from service, access to the sea will be limited and sportfishing will become too costly. My career relies within the Sportfishing Industry and passing these regulations will be detrimental to my family's survival. |
