How about all the un licensed driver that 1. don't have a drivers license , don't tag their cars let alone smog them Gaurdners who also don't have business license's and run gas string trimmers leaf blowers don't pat taxes on the money they earn NO TOO EASY but go after people who enjoy the Ocean and Lakes I have purchase a fishing license since I was 16 I am 75 now You must lay awake nights and think of things you can take away from AMERICAN CITIZENS |
