Have we not had enough taken away from us already? Are you going to
stop the HUGE commercial ships that bring us our supplies from
coming in as well through the coast of CA? 
Please don't take away any more of our abilities to have some joy
in our lives. These watercraft not only enable commercial fishermen
to provide us with seafood, but also provide good, clean, outdoor
fun for people of all ages, ethnic groups, sexual orientation, and
all of person kind. 
Look at other items that pollute our air and damage our bodies.
What about all of the electrical currents that fly through the air
all day and night long, and I'm not sitting here sending you this
message with a tin foil helmet on my head. 
Please try and avoid making this a totalitarian state anymore than
it already is. We need to be able to have some freedoms left to
enjoy our lives in CA. I am born and raised, and have spent almost
67 years in this state that I have loved my entire life, and now,
as many have fled from this state, am beginning to hate it with all
of the regulation and taxation that is imposed on us.
