To Whom This May Concern,

It has been brought to my attention that our commercial watercraft
is in danger of being docked permanently.  As a native San Diegan,
who has an intense love for our waterways and the environment, I
understand the pressure to find more environmentally sound ways to
navigate these waters.  But to do something like this that will
DEVASTATE the lives of 1000's of our neighbors.  Completely
destroying their livelihood in the blink of an eye, is
inconceivable.  I believe we can do this better, and take more time
to achieve our environmental goals without destroying lives 

We need more time and better options to bring EVERYONE up to speed
and help them continue to financially survive.  Please do not pass
this measure.  Think of all the people and industries this will
affect.
