I've been in the construction business more than 30 years and
fishing for just the same.  Please stop the non sense.  Small
contractors and boat owners CANNOT afford to update their fleets
because CA says they have to.  

My business does 2M yearly in the general engineering trades with
heavy equipment.  And I have invested thousands of dollars fishing
with the local fleets.  I have had it with this state and being
regulated to death.  

Pass this law and you will be destroying the lively hoods of
thousands of families and kids across the state.  Pass this law and
I WILL take my business and family to another state.  This is
unbelievable.  

You people have no idea what it takes to update these fleets.  Why
don't you shut the millions of illegals down, whom are driving
piece of shit cars polluting the air and let's quite fu^&%#! with
the lively hood of people offering a good service and life long
experience that has been a way of life for many for more than a
century.  

Pull your head out of your ass and lets make California Great
Again!!!!!!!
