| Comment | All This proposed measure will not only the operators of these vessels but all of the public which uses them for fishing, whale watching divining and so on. the cost to the consumer will skyrocket to the point that customers will not be able to pay for the trips. School children will have to earn 2 or 3 times the amount they currently spend for the experience of seeing whales and dolphins in the wild. Please do not sign this bill |
