| Comment | Please reconsider the pending regulations regarding commercial harbor craft and the sportfishing industry. My entire family has grown up fishing local So Cal via sportboats since the 70's and to see that thriving industry and economy threatened is sad and unrealistic. The costs to those few who choose to continue will have to be passed to the consumer including children and veterans who support whale watching and the fishing sport that continues to support the veterans.
