My name is Herang Zhang, I'm 17 years old, I love going fishing
with my Dad and siblings every opportunity we have. We as most
people strugle economically and fishing is one of the very few
activities that we can still afford. My Dad thought me how to fish
and I have made lots of good friends at the boats and alsways look
forward to spending a day out in the water. I continue to hear
that
CARB will require boat engines to be equipped with diesel
particulate filters (DPF), which have not been thoroughly tested at
sea. Jason, my favorite boat Captain says that he is concerned that
under the best-case scenario passengers could be adrift at sea for
hours as boat crews try to clear blocked exhaust systems and most
likely, at sea rescues would become a common occurrence when
engines can't be restarted. How is that going to help anyone? No
one wants a boat full of passengers drifting aimlessly at sea.
