Annually I take my grandchildren on fishing charter from H & M in
San Diego. A time that as a grandparent I'm able to spend quality
time with them and teach them values and experience I would like
them to pass on to the next generation. Presently it is a very
expensive to charter a boat, but when these boat owners experience
regulations that I've heard, it will cause them to either go out of
business or pass the cost onto customer. Being retired, it would
become a annual trip that I would not be able to afford.

I asked that these regulations be put aside and keep the boat
charters affordable.
