| Comment | Don't penalize sport fisherman and outdoor sportsmen and some. Who enjoy being out on the ocean. I personally lost a 45 foot sportfishdr because of a burecratic red tape snafu that was supposed to provide funds to repower older vessels with modern fuel efficient engines to be paid off over time and then have the EPA throw a monkey wrench into the mix by making sportfishing unprofitable by limiting prime fishing areas off limits to fish at. Burecratic bullcrap! |
