| Comment | The proposed changes to the regulation are detrimental and will in effect make it more difficult for the average working man to enjoy a day on the water. Any changes made need to be made over an extended period of time to give the sport fishing industry time to make adjustments without undue burden. This area does not need to be targeted with so many other larger areas of concern exist. Gary |
