These regulations are a direct threat to family businesses and
outdoor tourism and future access to offshore fishing and marine
life. Fishing participation rates will decline and so will fishing
license sales that fund critical offshore and inland conservation
and fishery programs. The programs are essential to environmental
sustainability and access to plentiful fish.

Please find a better way. Work with these small businesses to find
a path forward that benefits Californians, fisheries, and the
environment.
