Hello, 
I am reaching out to you to please reconsider the proposed
passenger boat regulations that will require new engines and
technology.  This is not feasible from a safety, financial and
operational standpoint.  Besides all the jobs that would be lost
due to Sport Fishing Boats being shut down the exorbitant cost this
would bring, not to mention the sportfishing person will not be
able to enjoy the fishing because the sport boats would have to
charge exorbitant prices that would not be feasible for the average
fisher person.  I know, as a boat owner, the cost and time that we
put into our boat to make sure it is clean and safe.  Fishing is a
HUGE part of my families heritage.  My husbands father and uncles
opened a small fleet when they returned from WWII and my husband,
his son, as well as myself have a passion for the ocean and we do
our best to make sure we keep it clean and safe.  

I urge you to please reconsider this move.  The harm that it will
cause would be astronomical.
